Your right to exchange and return

It is legally required that you can return orders from online shops within 14 days. But we go beyond that: We believe that our products are so great that we want to give you the opportunity to calmly check whether you like an item. That's why you have a whole month to return an order or parts of it.

Additionally, we cover all return shipping costs if you use the DHL label provided by us, the return is made from Germany, and you use our return form linked below.

By the way, we process returns just as fast as orders: Once a return has arrived with us, you can expect a response within 2 business days, and if no further questions arise, we will send the replacement goods or initiate the refund.
